Most projects are subjected to an order of magnitude to determine cost implications but RAS goes further by considering change impact, market intelligence, broad technology options, deployment options in addition to cost implications.
The adoption of RAS particularly in the public sector signals a welcoming acknowledgement of the importance of fully appreciating all relevant aspects of a projects before embarking on an acquisition drive. RAS output enables organizations to make clear decisions, allocate budgets, and design a project roadmap.
Capacity Building
We are passionate about local content and human capacity development. It is therefore understandable that we develop and deliver tailored knowledge workshops within and outside Nigeria, across virtually all ICT disciplines.
During 2008, recognizing the opportunities offered by a growing telecommunication subscriber base - we delivered the first Contact Centre workshop for the banking industry. Some participating banks have gone ion to leverage the knowledge garnered to enhance their Contact Centre’s whilst others have worked with us to implement Contact Centers that have now gone into service.
In 2009, we delivered yet another Contact Center first for the public sector, and continue to work on delivery of sector focused and bespoke capacity building initiatives across private and public sectors.
Whilst our capacity development focuses on project management, technology management, customer service and contact center related skills, we leverage o global network of knowledge builders to design each initiative around our clients needs, ensuring the knowledge gained is relevant to the organizations requirements and individual development goals.
